Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse, Germany NRW Warehouse 1 in Nettetal, or our China direct-shipping warehouse in Dongguan, depending on the destination, product availability and available delivery service. Local warehouse fulfillment is not guaranteed for every item or destination.

Shipping Rates & Available Services

Enter your delivery address at checkout to view available shipping methods and charges for your order. Rates depend on the destination, order weight and applicable shipping rules. Not all products or destinations qualify for every service. Contact us if no shipping option is available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on the shipping origin, destination and selected service. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays or peak seasons. Contact us for an estimate if none is displayed.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes collected by our store, where applicable, are shown in the checkout total. For international deliveries, import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees not collected at checkout may be payable on arrival under local rules. Do not assume that every international shipment is delivered duties paid.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Cancellation

Contact support@p2rsports.com as soon as possible with your order number to request cancellation.

If your order has entered warehouse processing but has not yet been handed to the carrier, you may request cancellation at no charge. Cancellation is subject to confirmation from our warehouse and is not guaranteed. If successfully cancelled, no cancellation fee will be charged. Orders already handed to the carrier are handled under our Refund & Exchange policy. Your applicable statutory rights are not affected.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent by email. The carrier and route depend on the service available for your order.
