1-Year Limited Warranty: From the date of purchase, P2R provides a one-year warranty for non-human, quality-related issues under normal use.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Minor Issues (e.g., liner wear, buckle damage):
- Contact P2R customer service (support@p2rsports.com) with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos.
- We will provide the required original parts along with installation instructions to avoid high international return/exchange shipping costs.
Safety Recommendations

Replace after impact: If the helmet suffers a serious impact, even without visible cracks or deformation, its safety performance may be compromised. We recommend replacing it immediately.

Helmet lifespan: Materials will degrade over time, especially with prolonged UV exposure. For optimal safety, replace your helmet every three years.
