We want every ride to start with the right fit. If something is not right with your order, you can start a return, exchange, or eligible withdrawal request below.

Use the form below for return requests, size exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, quality-related cases, or EU statutory withdrawal requests. Please use the order number and email address from your P2R order confirmation.

Return or exchange For size, color, general return, or product fit issues.
Order issue For damaged items, incorrect items, missing accessories, or quality review.
EU withdrawal For eligible EU consumers exercising the 14-day statutory withdrawal right. No reason is required.
Important: Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions. For EU statutory withdrawal requests, you do not need to provide a reason.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

P2R’s 30-day return window is a commercial return policy and does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

To exercise this right through our unified request center, select the EU statutory withdrawal option where available, enter your name, order information, and email address, and confirm your request. After confirmation, we will send you an email acknowledgement.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item should meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of use, impact, crash damage, or unauthorized modification may not be accepted unless the issue is related to a confirmed product defect or applicable consumer rights require otherwise.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, or other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or caused by our error.

Return Shipping

  • For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error, we will help cover the return or replacement shipping cost after review.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items, including size or color changes, depending on inventory availability.

For helmet sizing issues, we recommend requesting an exchange first so we can help you get the right fit faster. If the requested replacement is unavailable, our team will help you with an alternative solution.

Non-Returnable Items
