By purchasing the Product, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following limitations of liability:

• Damage or Injury: P2R does not accept responsibility for any injuries sustained while wearing the Product. The user assumes all risks related to the use of the Product.

• Fit and Usage: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the helmet fits properly and is used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions may result in injury.

• No Warranty on Injury: P2R provides no warranty that the helmet will prevent any injury. The user agrees that P2R’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product, excluding any other costs, claims, or damages arising from the use of the Product.

• Shipping Protection: P2R provides Shipping Protection Insurance to cover any damage, loss, or theft during shipping. This service is optional, and claims must be filed within the designated claim window, as outlined in the Shipping Protection Terms.

• The Product is covered by a limited warranty that guarantees it will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions.

  • Exclusions from Warranty: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, modifications, or improper installation. It is also void if the Product has been used in activities other than those for which it was designed.

  • Warranty Duration:

    • EU: Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a two-year statutory warranty for the Product, which covers defects that occur during normal use.

    • US: In the United States, the Product is covered by a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Claims must be made within this period and are subject to inspection by P2R’s customer service team.

• Shipping Protection:
  Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout. This protection covers damage, loss, or theft of the Product during shipping. If an issue arises, customers can file a claim as outlined in the Shipping Protection Terms.

• Return Policy:

  • For the EU and US: Consumers have the right to return the Product within 14 days of purchase, as long as the Product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@p2rsports.com. Return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective.

By purchasing the Product, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless P2R and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or in connection with the use of the Product.

• Including but not limited to:

  • Claims arising from personal injury or property damage while using the Product.

  • Legal fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in connection with such claims.

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer resides:

• For the EU: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the country in which the consumer is located, as per the Rome I Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008). Disputes may be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) via the European Commission.

• For the US: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which the customer resides.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the consumer resides.

• Excluded Damages:
  The Product is not intended to prevent all injuries, and P2R is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by improper use or non-compliance with the usage instructions.

• Not Covered by Shipping Protection:

  • Damage caused by the consumer after receiving the Product (e.g., mishandling, modification, or neglect).

  • Loss or damage due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or actions of third parties.

• P2R reserves the right to update or change this Product Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability at any time. Any updates or changes will be reflected on this page with the last updated date.
